The Anne Arundel County Republican Central Committee has three vacancies to fill.

The Republican State Central Committee of Anne Arundel County has three committee member vacancies, one in Council District 4 ((Ft. Meade, Gambrills, Odenton, Piney Orchard, Severn, and surrounding vicinities), one in Council District 6 (Annapolis, Crownsville, and surrounding vicinities), and one in Council District 7 (Crofton all the way to the Anne Arundel County line in the southern part of the county). Any Republican interested in serving on the Central Committee from Districts 4, 6, or 7 should submit a resume with contact information (full name, address, home and cell phone numbers, and email address) to the Central Committee Chair Susan McConkey at chairman@aagop.org. 

The deadline for submission is Friday, January 31st in order to be considered for the position, a candidate must be a registered Republican and a current resident of the district they are applying for. The candidate selected will serve the remainder of the term that expires in November 2026. Interviews will be conducted at the February 5th monthly meeting of the Central Committee at 7pm. Eastern District Police Station, 204 Pasadena Rd, Pasadena, MD
